We look forward to welcoming you. When you make your booking you are entering into a legally-binding agreement with us. As such, please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is available from 3.00pm to 6.00pm on the day of arrival. Check-in times outside of those specified must be confirmed with us prior to arrival.

We ask that you please vacate your room by 11.00am on the morning of departure. Late check-out is available for an additional fee and is dependent on availability. If you fail to vacate your room by 11:00am on the morning of your departure, we reserve the right to charge you a late departure fee at our discretion, and in an amount determined in our sole discretion.

Reservations

Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.

In order for us to confirm a reservation, credit/debit card details are required to secure your booking. No payment is taken from the card you provide unless: (i) you ask us to; (ii) the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival; (iii) you do not show up for your reservation; or (iv) you use the card to pay on departure. We reserve the right to pre-authorize the card with a charge equivalent to the cost of your stay.

For bookings at peak times and/or during special events, we reserve the right to take a deposit payment equivalent to the rate for a single night’s stay in the room(s). You will be informed of this at the time of booking.

All bookings should be made online. This is to protect your security in carrying out the booking and providing credit card details over the internet. You agree to these terms and conditions at the time of booking.

Cancellation by the Guest

We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially if we have turned away potential guests in favor of someone who has already booked and who then cancels. We do, however, understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases.

If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the rate of a single night’s stay in the room(s). Guests who fail to arrive without notification may, at our sole discretion, be responsible for a charge equivalent to the entirety of their reserved stay.

We take all bookings in good faith, and as we are unable to verify reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made, and that any booking made with Inn On Camac (the “Inn”) for either accommodation, goods, services, meals or drinks that are pre-booked (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract. For this reason we advise that you take out suitable insurance to cover \ unexpected costs such as cancellation fees.

Change of Room

If a booking is taken out for a specific room and the room reserved is required to meet another guest’s needs, or is rendered unusable in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative room of similar quality.

Damage and Breakages

Please take care of our rooms! You are solely responsible and liable for any damage which you or your guests cause to the room or its contents. Please report any damage as soon as it occurs, as it’s much easier to repair if we can act quickly. We reserve the right to charge your debit or credit card for any damage that you or your guests cause to the room.

Data

Some of the data gathered during the course of a booking may be stored on our computers. We will maintain this data after your visit to be able to inform you of future offers. If you do not want us not to hold your information, please advise us during your stay.

Keys

You have access to the building and your room 24 hours a day throughout your stay using a digital Mobile key via the OpenKey mobile application available for download on iOS and Android Devices. In the event you would like a physical keycard, one can be provided with 24 hours’ advance notice.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to you, any member of your party, any of your guests, or any vehicles or possessions, unless caused by our gross negligence.

Lodge Rooms

We regret that children under 21 years of age cannot be accommodated in any of the rooms within the Inn On Camac.

Lost Property

We are happy to return items that have been left following departure. We reserve the right to charge you appropriate shipping and service for these items.

Missing Items

We reserve the right to charge for any furniture, artwork or any other item that is missing from the room upon your departure.

Items Available for Purchase in Rooms

There may be Items for sale in your room. Upon using these items, you agree that the card used to book your room will be charged the amount posted for the item.

Payment

Payment will be automatically charged on the morning of departure. We accept the following charge, credit and debit cards; American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa.

Pets

Pets are not permitted in the Inn On Camac, unless they are certified Service Animals. If you bring a certified Service Animal, you are responsible for any and all damage caused to the Inn by said animal, and are responsible for keeping the animal under control at all times. If your Service Animal becomes unruly, causes damage to the Inn or harms any person on the premises, we reserve the right to terminate your stay. Additionally, we do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury that your Service Animal may cause to the premises, employees, guests, invitees, other patrons, or anyone on the premises.

Prices

We reserve the right to change and of our prices at any time, except for bookings that have already been made.

Smoking

Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is NOT permitted within any part of The Inn On Camac. Please note that offending guests may be asked to leave immediately, and will be charged the entire outstanding balance for the nights and rooms booked. If caught smoking on the premises, we also reserve the right to charge you for professional cleaning of the area of the premises that was affected.

Termination Policy

The Inn On Camac reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, without notice, any stay/booking if its finds that any patron or guest has engaged in offensive, illegal or dangerous behavior. In such circumstances, we will charge you the outstanding balance for your booking, and no refunds will be made.

Wi-Fi Access

By using our Wi-Fi Service you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of use in force at the time.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights (including rights in software), trademarks, database rights, patents and inventions) in and relating to the service and the Inn are owned by us and our licensors or contractors. Nothing in this agreement operates to transfer any such rights to you.

We reserve the right to assign or sub-contract any of our rights and obligations under this agreement without notice to you.
